there's something else...I wanted to write....after getting to know Guillermo Arriaga...such an amazing person...so vivid....full of life ...I decided to watch his movies...and I did...Babel was the first..because apparently all the city decided to watch his movies...it wasn't easy to find one...but anyway....
..it surprised me when I saw on the movie's cover that his name simply doesn't appear there....the director has his name on it..claimed as a famous one and blá blá blá....not that he's not..but the screen writer simply disappears among all the others....I could only see his name in the credits...that's all...too little for someone who seems to be such an amazing and creative person...and who actually wrote the story the director is famous for directing...

Have you noticed that whenever people will talk about a movie, they say: "the movie tells the story of...". Yep, the movie is a story, a narrative. Someone wrote that.

That's right...and only the director gets the credit for it..i know pretty much of the picture we see in a movie is part of the director's idea...but he had a story, aleady written by somebody else (most of the times) to follow.
